Pappy Pets

At Pappy Pets, we are committed to providing safe, high-quality dog food and gentle body care products for your pets. Your satisfaction and your pet’s well-being are our top priorities. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of pet consumables and hygiene products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

A. Damaged or Defective Products

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • The product is damaged during delivery.
  • The packaging is tampered with or leaking.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product is expired at the time of delivery.

Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.


B. Incorrect Item Delivered

If you receive a product different from what you ordered, Pappy Pets will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used dog food products.
  • Opened grooming or body care products.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage.
  • Items returned without original packaging.
  • Products returned after the allowed return request period.

3. Return Request Process

To initiate a return request:

  1. Contact customer support within the eligible time period.
  2. Provide:
  • Order number
  • Product images
  • Clear photos/videos showing damage or issue
  1. Our team will review the request within 2–3 business days.

If approved, pickup instructions will be shared.


4. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued under the following circumstances:

  • Product unavailable for replacement.
  • Approved return due to damage, defect, or incorrect delivery.
  • Order cancelled before dispatch.

Refund Method

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank transfer or store credit.

Refund Timeline

  • Refund processing: 5–7 business days after approval.
  • Bank processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

5. Replacement Policy

If eligible, Pappy Pets may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.

Replacement shipments are usually dispatched within 3–5 business days after approval.


6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment confirmation.
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

7. Quality & Safety Notice

Our dog food and gentle body care products are carefully formulated for pet safety. As pets may have individual sensitivities:

  • Please review ingredient lists before use.
  • Gradually introduce new food products.
  • Pappy Pets is not responsible for reactions caused by known allergies or improper usage.
