Items Not Eligible for Return
- Products purchased at a discount of 10% or more or those shipped with free delivery
- Personalised / made-to-order items
- Dog Toys & Cat Toys
- Dog Pads / Diapers
- Medicines & Supplements
Conditions Where Returns Will Be Rejected
- The return request is raised after 5 business days from delivery
- The product has been used, opened, or altered
- The product is damaged due to misuse or overuse
- The return is attempted without original packaging, including:
- Price tags
- Labels
- Seals
- Original internal/external packaging
- Any accessories included with the product
- The item was purchased on a discounted price with free shipping (non-returnable)
Store Credit for Eligible Returns
- We will issue store credit, redeemable on future purchases
- Store credit is usually processed immediately, but in special circumstances, we may extend validity for up to 30 days
Damage or Spoilage on Delivery
We maintain strict quality checks and do not stock or ship expired or compromised products. However, if your product arrives damaged, spoiled, or tampered due to transit:
- Please email us at admin@pappypets.co.in
- Send photographs of the product and packaging
- Within 24 hours of delivery
We will review and resolve the issue promptly.
