Exchange Window

You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Shipping Cost

Exchanges are accepted, but return shipping charges must be borne by the customer.

How to Raise an Exchange Request

  1. Share Order Details

    Email us at admin@pappypets.co.in with your Order ID and a clear photograph of the product and packaging.

  2. Schedule the Pick-Up

    We will arrange a pickup from your address. Please ensure the product is unused, with all tags and original packaging intact. Keep the pickup slip safely until the exchange is completed.

  3. Quality Check & Exchange

    Once the product reaches our warehouse and clears the quality check, we will send you the replacement product or issue store credit if the item is out of stock. You will be updated at every step.

Important Notes

  • Exchange is processed free of cost, but shipping charges for sending the product back to us must be paid by the customer.
  • If the item requested for exchange is unavailable, we will issue store credit and notify you when the product is restocked.
  • Our team is always available to help you choose the right product or size before purchase. Feel free to reach out for recommendations.
